Your favorite food  will show you the right diet for you. We no longer have to eat dishes that we don’t like not to say really hate. We can loose weight with pleasure, simply by following the impulsive diet. I bet most of you haven’t heard of such a diet. We often start a diet knowing we will have to include in our menus food that we don’t like. The rules of the impulsive diet are simple: don’t mix together simple and complex carbohydrates or vegetable and animal fat. You can eat daily as many proteins and vegetables as you like. Dieticians divide people in to 2 types. Those who need carbohydrates to feel satisfied and those who need mainly proteins. That’s why the menu is based on the food you prefer to eat.

We live in a constant stress – high technology, greater competition, a great need for money, bed eating habits. When the body is under stress, its natural instincts are blunted and it can’t tell you whether it needs food, water, rest or sleep. Therefore when eating under stress we supply the body with nutrients that it can not handle properly and which burden the digestive system. For good digestion you need quiet and pleasant environment.
Negative emotions such as anger , for instance, also lead to obesity. Meditation, relaxation and calm analysis of the situations are ways to tame your anger.

The end of the World was postponed by 60 days and is no longer expected to be on 21 December 2012. So far it was believed that then the Mayan calendar ends, and now a scientist predicts a new date – in 2013.
He claims that  nowhere is written that the end of the calendar is the end of the world.
There was a panic about the fatal 2012 year, which portends the end of humanity. The same was considered for 2000, but it never happened.
According to the scientist other researchers made wrong calculations and that’s why his date is different by 60 days. Frankly, I’m sick and tired of reading such predictions … better not to read at all.

A mermaid metal wall sculpture is good gift. I had bought it to give it to my sister. She is having a birthday soon and I intend to surprise her with such a gift. We spoke recently that the walls of her new home are too naked and I am sure she will enjoy it. It is a very lovely mermaid with some sea grass around it. She loves the nautical theme and this art will blend with the other decorations she has. I am very, very satisfied today. I saw this art in the first store I had entered and I had recognized it right away – this is the one. I am particularly happy today.

I have use raid 1 for my home PC. Even with two separate disks for backing up my information I had experienced once a power failure that knocked out both hard drives. Luckily for me I am paranoid about loosing data and I had stored all the important files in internet server. Actually I use two different locations in the internet to store there everything that is important. Internet servers are much more secure than my home PC. So far I had never experienced a failure with the internet storage. Nevertheless there is always a first time, so I am getting reinsured by storing on two different locations. This is smart way and the most secure way to store important data.

I have colleagues at work who keep repeating that they eat almost nothing and yet get fat. How nothing!!! I am with them 8 hours a day and I can see what their “nothing’ means. Two packages of chips, a package of other salty snacks, a piece of pie, two wafers, a liter and a half ice tea (ice tea is not like water, it contains 600 calories, which is half of the daily needs). And this drink is just part of what they drink per day. The rest of time they drink coffee, soda, etc.  And for dessert, fruit! ? What’s the benefit of eating fruits when they’re consumed after all that junk food. It is better to eat fruits on an empty stomach. It’s proven that fruit sugars are absorbed better before eating.

When you are tired there is nothing better than the comfy pillow you can rest upon. For a sound sleep you need to have a proper pillow. A good pillow is the one that holds your head to the level of your spine. This is essential because else the nerves and the blood vessels can be pressed and therefore you may end with a pain as result. This is why you need to pick carefully your pillow. I personally had chosen one made from natural rubber. My pillow keeps its shape and is hard as it should bean and is soft as it should be. I had tried several different pillows but this one appears to be the best for me. Now I sleep like a baby.

Bee is very short name. The three letters only used for naming this creature are not the correct letters according to me. Bee should be called buz. The bee makes this buzz sound. Names are made to connect the object with its properties. The sound the bee makes is nothing but buzz. It is logical to call it by the thing that resembles to the bee most. In order not to confuse with the buzz word they should be used only one z. When I hear a bee I hear this sound. I rarely see any bee. I think it is logical to give name to things as you sense them.

Can you imagine that urine can be a valuable commodity? It is very interesting to know that actually it can be. Some craftsmen in ancient Rome were to pay in order to procure urine for their activities. Urines was gathered in pots and then sold. The emperor Nero was first one who had levied a tax on the urine, gathering it from the buyers. I can’t imagine someone buying or selling urine but as it seems they were using it in the ancient Rome in the manufacturing processes. I can not imagine also and I would never buy something knowing someone has pissed upon.

Recently a new family came to live in the house next to ours. We have paid a social visit to those people to get familiar with our neighbors. We became friends with the wife. We both have a little to do while our kids and husbands are away at work or at school so we quickly get familiar with each other. We have such a different taste about the things yet we understand each other perfectly. We even had exchanged some stuff. I had a dry movie reel metal art I had received as a gift which I was not using. She had a lovely butterflies and flowers wall art with the same case. We started to have very nice relations. I never dreamed of having so nice neighbors.
