Our posture during sleep can lead to health and even sexual problems. Doctors say woman are particularly should avoid sleeping on their stomach.   But in general sleeping on the side or stomach has a negative impact on the health of both women and men.

Sleeping on your stomach causes pressure on your internal organs including the bladder.

Night’s sleep on your stomach is harmful for the breasts as well. Wrinkles may appear on them which are difficult to get rid of. And no woman would be happy with that.

There is no need to mention that pregnant women should never sleep on their stomach.

Patients with slightly increased blood pressure and those on medication should change their way of life. That includes smoking cessation, decreased consumption of salt, fat and alcohol, lowering stress, and maintaining healthy body weight levels. Abdominal circumference in women should be less than 88 cm and for men – below 102 cm.  Regular exercises are also a must. Fruits and vegetables should prevail in the daily menu. Foods rich in: potassium (bananas, potatoes, apricots), calcium (fatty cheese, milk, spinach, broccoli), magnesium (nuts, spinach, potatoes, rice, lentils) should also be included in the menu. Salt products  such as salty cheeses, sausages, pickles, preserves, bakery products, salted fish, etc should be excluded.

Bamboo is a great material which asian people have used for thousands of years. And now it seems the western civilization re-discovers it. Anything made of bamboo is so popular today. And that’s not only because it’s a sustainable material and helps the environment but because it’s durable as well. Following the latest trends I decided to open a small café in my town where everything inside is made from bamboo.

The tables and the chairs are made from bamboo, the bar plot as well. I’ve installed some bamboo shelves behind the bar. The walls are decorated with bamboo wall sculptures. The overall effect is really good and people seem to like it.

The reason is that these orders often contradict each other. Since we’ve been young our parents have taught us never to go out with wet hair, drink or eat something freezing cold, walk bear footed when the floor is cold and so on. Now I hear absolutely the opposite. The day before yesterday my daughter was diagnosed with enlarged adenoids and her doctor advised me to avoid over-protecting her till she reaches 4 when she can undergo a surgical procedure for removing the adenoids. So now I’m supposed to let her eat as ice cream, have cold carbonated drinks, go out even when it’s very cold and play with snow. I guess the doctor is right but I’m afraid that she will be constantly sick.

I don’t get it why Lady Gaga is so popular. How can people like her? She is very eccentric, I know, but I have nothing against that. You can be eccentric and still very attractive. She is just 24 but looks at least 34. I’ve heard that in October her videos registered 1 billion views which is a new record. Well, I’ve also watched several of her clips but I did it because I wanted to know what’s all the fuss around her about. And I’m absolutely sure that all of these viewers did that not because they like her or simply out of curiosity. I had satisfied my curiosity and will hardly ever look at her stage performance.

And me, I love to travel. When I hit the road, especially over long distances I feel how all the stress and tension go away and I transfer myself in a life of peace and FREEDOM. I love that feeling of freedom when I’m driving my car. I have plenty of time to think and devote to my own reflections. When I’m in one place for long, especially when I miss my partner I feel as if my soul is in chains. Maybe journeys are my way to escape from the problems of the shocking environment where I live, but more importantly I‘ve found peace in it.

Paris, Paris – the city of love.  If you can’t afford to spend your honeymoon there, at least you and your partner should visit it at least once. This city is really charming and there is lots to be seen and done there.
The huge ironwork, built for one of the exhibitions decades ago, still stands in the heart of Paris, and has now become its symbol – yes, I mean the Eiffel Tower.
And although for some it’s too dull at day, at nights it shines with all its splendor. It’s like a huge Christmas tree. Sailing on a boat down the River Seine is another romantic experience.

Charlize Theron is so pretty, I like her very much. Even if she puts on a torn sack, she will look absolutely stunning. As I like to say about the people Ilike and admire – whatever I write about her, it won’r be enough. She is a woman of  incredible style and appearance. A unique woman! Elegant, stylish, a real lady!. Her dress at the Oscars really impressed me much. Its design was great and I liked the color combination. The only things which made it imperfect was the material the dress was made from. It seemed very hard for this model.

Time is never enough to tell a person that you’ll miss him and love him. Daddy, I hope you know that. It hurts and my heart is breaking that I’ll never see you again, I will never hear your voice again,  you will never hold me, and tell me soothing words.

I want you were with us one more day. I want to say I’m proud that I am your daughter, thank you for everything you taught me, for the support, the love, the sleepless nights, for everything you did for us. You taught us – me and my sister, to be fighters by nature and never give up, and  always to forgive. I hope you know this and that you have forgiven us for the pain and anxiety we had caused you over the years.

What are the first things that come to your mind when you think of the tropics?  Sun, azure sea and long sandy beaches, of course. We all associate the tropics with a little piece of paradise. It would be great to live in such a place instead of going there just on a vacation. The good news is that you can enjoy that tropical atmosphere throughout the year in the comfort of your home. All you have to do is create a tropical themed room at home. For this purpose you will need some tropical wall art as well as bright tropical accents and accessories.
