Lately I have been on an Italian kick. I have recently made stuffed shells and used my left over cheeses to make lasagna. Then we also had spaghetti. Of course with all three meals garlic bread was added to the meal. Now this evening we are switching up and having tacos, with all the works, lettuce, cheese, onion, sour cream, and salsa. All but the tomato because no one in my house eats them. Then for dessert I plan to make my children these new brownie minis with icing on them. That is if they are good.
